Lithography and nano-patterning, Growth and synthesis , Theory and Simulation , Structural and Morphological nano-characterization , Electronic and Chemical nano-characterization, Magnetic, Optical and Electric nano-characterization

Access is granted to user groups, i.e. teams of one or more researchers, led by a user group leader. The user group leader and the majority of the users must work in a country other than the country(ies) where the installations are located.
